I bring deep roots in agriculture and public service, along with a steady, fiscally responsible approach to leadership. As Director of Indiana Grain Buyers at the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, I lead the state’s grain regulatory system and oversee multimillion-dollar indemnity funds, ensuring financial integrity, transparency, and strong taxpayer protection while working closely with lawmakers, county officials, and industry partners.
Previously, I served as a U.S. Product Manager at Corteva Agriscience, managing a $240 million portfolio and supporting rural economic growth through data-driven planning and financial oversight. As an elected member of the Greenfield-Central School Board, I have hands-on experience with public budgets, long-term capital planning, and direct engagement with the community.
I previously served as Chairman of the Indiana Grain Indemnity Corporation and currently help manage the $33 million Indiana Grain Indemnity Fund. As the family steward of Hancock County’s longest-running Angus herd, I bring a deep respect for agriculture and responsible stewardship. I am committed to conservative, practical decision-making and ready to serve District 1 with fiscal discipline and a long-term vision to protect Hancock County’s future.
